Medical Biller:
The MB program prepares
students for an entry-level position as a medical biller.
Graduates will be exposed to billing forms and eligibility
guidelines, and be able to utilize ICD-9 and CPT books for coding
diagnoses and procedures, as well as Medisoft application software.
Eligible graduates may obtain employment as a medical clerk
performing front office duties in various clinics and hospitals or
as a health claim examiner for insurance companies.
