The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008 and reauthorizes  the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended. The distribution of information about the institution’s operations is   intended to increase the institution’s transparency to others.

Career Colleges of America (CCA) is committed to providing students, their families and the staff full disclosure of all  consumer information as required by state and federal laws and regulations.
